An Ordinary Birthday
I woke up late. In the morning at least. About 10am. Half past 10am maybe. Waking up in this awkward time usually results in my skipping breakfast. But that is not always the case. Sometimes I'll have my breakfast as usual, but have a late lunch. I did the former. It was not until near noon I received a notification on my phone. It's from CMB, the bank for which I have a credit card. I applied for one when I was an undergraduate, and it gave me a 3000CNY credit line. Now it is still 3000 after these years no matter how much I spent. Absurd. Although it does never granted any convenience toward spending, it also never stopped hoaxing me into their mostly useless app. Why is it useless, one may ask.
